This platform design was developed as part of a team project in the 3. semester, with a focus on creating a meaningful digital tool for real-world collaboration. Our task: to build something that empowers communities to act, not just plan.
The Challenge
From local sports clubs to grassroots initiatives, community projects often often run on passion, but get stuck in complexity. Unclear roles, lost information, inefficient planning, and scattered coordination slow things down. Every project has unique needs, yet few platforms adapt flexibly enough to support them. Without structured processes, valuable experience and knowledge are often lost once a project ends.
Our Approach
We conducted deep user interviews to understand pain points and mapped out user journeys across multiple team profiles. Through wireframes, stakeholder mapping, and iterative testing in Figma, we designed a system that feels both powerful and easy-to-use.
We asked ourselves:
What if there was one platform to help them all?
What if communities could start with a blueprint?
What if managing group projects felt inspiring, not exhausting?

The Solution
The "Blueprint Machine" is a platform for communities, clubs, and teams to find, create, and share ready-made project templates — while managing the full lifecycle of their own events, ideas, or campaigns in one place.
The platform combines:
• Blueprint Library: Community-driven templates for recurring projects
• Modular Task Boards: Drag & drop interfaces tailored to different project types
• Smart Notifications: Alerts for budget limits, unassigned tasks, or missing deadlines
• Collaborative Timeline: A shared space to assign, shift, and track responsibilities
• Knowledge Sharing Hub: A blog-like section for users to post experiences, tips, and post-project learnings

Imagine Asana meets Notion — but purpose-built for communities.
